Thanks guys. I kind of "had to" buy this thing. It is a limited run (8 hardtail, 8 with bigsby) that was made as a special order for Colin Newman of Wire. I am a big Wire fan, so I figured I had no choice but to buy it. At least that is the excuse I am telling myself for spending money.

Currently I'm playing on ESP Telecaster Vintage Plus.

But want to get experience with some Reverend guitars.

lovin the Bean!
the pu's are unbelievable--amazing toanz. but they're such high output that I don't really like using it with fuzz--just because most of the time there's a volume DROP when the fuzz kicks in. so I typically like to play it more just running straight into the amp.

That rules and sucks at the same time. More on the rules part, because how many pickups can you say are that great that they sound better going into an amp than into pedals? haha

Look into pedals with a bit of blend. I've found it's the best way to deal with super hot pickups.

Jesus, Bob, you just won this thread.
Non-reverse Firebird is killer. Always wanted one of those. And what year is the cherry SG special? Finish looks a lot like my 67 Jr.
