you are an amazing person and I hope you can find that happiness again.

Because they are lazy and they suck.
And that is why.

It can sound pretty good.

It is crazy how lots of people will ONLY use DI bass though, like it's some sort of holy grail. For me, DI bass is what you do when you can't record a good amp sound for some reason.

If you're not using effects, DI-ing a bass works well enough.

Every time I listen to Husker Du, I can't help but think Billy Corgan's a dickhead:

My boss just announced today that because of deadlines we are only getting off 12/26 and 1/2 instead of the entire week like we were supposed to.
The kicker is that our clients are going to take off regardless, which means we're working to get things done to give them, but they won't even be there to receive the work from us.
It's not that having to come in to work bothers me so much as that this is part of a general trend recently of screwing us out of little things for almost no reason.

i'm sorry...speaking as a guitar player originally from Chicago who likes to think of himself as psychedelic and weird, Corgan's made the whole side look bad with his behavior on the pitch, y'now?

12 minutes into the Atlas Shrugged movie.
Speaking as one of the few people I know that actually liked the book, so far this movie is one big

Update: Most of the cast is sub par, important lines are delivered poorly, the scene cuts are often too abrupt and make the whole thing feel fragmented. Ugh, the list goes on. Whether you like the premise or not the whole thing was just executed so badly.
Update 2: And I know this is nit-picky, but that zoom I just saw was fucking terrible camera work.
