BF-3 might be cheaper to make

Thats how I feel about the Digitech PDS Delay, just right!
Boss has some great stuff, I find a lot of their pedals clip in an interesting way and interact with other pedals well. On their own Boss pedals don't do much for me but they're really great for stacking and knob turning.
I sold a DD7 and recently bought another one because I missed how much versatility it had. The sound is also very sharp and quick which makes it great for rhythm and longer feedbacks kinda have a nice mechanical quality that is very not snobby

i've been going through a bit of a used Boss buying spree lately. my current board has a BD-2 and DD-3. simple and effective.

Generally I dislike what the boss buffer dose in my chain, however I've been using a boss rc 300 the past year, it's dead silent, dosent affect anything else in the chain, and is by far the most versatile looper I have ever used. I fucking love it.

Still reppin' the RV-3, PS-6 and BF-2. I think I'm gonna get a second RV-3.

Totally. BF-2 is among the greatest flangers, BF-3 is garbage.

I never have tried a BF-3.
The 2 worked but it wasn't jesus.
At the time in the late 80s or early 90s, it was of the available ones.

I have no problem with boss pedals, I frequently use a rv5 tu2 dd20, tr2. I also have a sd1 that I like but I some how broke the switch.

I love the bf-2 for that chorusy flange sound. It's so good. And it's my favourite faux Leslie pedal.

Flanger is best for leslie

Every chorus demo

Sounds like nothing but fast... chorus...
I'm also rocking a DD-7 right now. I agree with the above. It's like mega versatile. But Im not really a fan of the modulated. Too much modulated. The analog mode sounds better than most other analog delays I've tried. It's great.
But one of the problems I have with Boss, specifically 4 knob Boss pedals is that I can't change settings easily with my feet, or even my hands! No fingers gonna fit between those knobs! I guess they're are made to stay put through travelling, etc, but I like to be able to change easily.

Currently using a PS6 that I traded for on a whim and I'm really glad I did. On the lookout for another weird Boss pedal to throw on the board but haven't found anything yet.
