LOL. Yes, shitty guitar playing (of all kinds) is the norm at GC, no doubt.

The friendliest people are usually the teens and twentysomethings; if anyone is going to be rude it's mostly the middle-aged and above (no, not all, of course) who, if they say anything, generally offer snide commentary and 'advice.'

Of course, the ruder they are, the worse I play. ;-)

Rarely do I actually 'retaliate' and play to my ability.


I guess I should say that I minored in Sociology so these types of interactions are indeed genuinely fascinating to me.
