Yeah, all the people voting blank in France are basically being stupid. I get the reasoning, and it would be great if blank votes were counted but until the system changes this is the same as not voting.

Ive always maintained that there should be an option to officially donkey vote, so that it is counted and recognised as a protest and that the number of recorded donkey votes should be released. If it is a significant amount it should then be investigated and follwed up/actioned.
That would resemble something like democracy, at least.

maybe this has been discussed already but..
The new french president basically lived out hot for teacher by Van Halen. At like 15 he was shtuping his 39 year old teacher and at 17 they just started dating like all cool.
