Germanium (Mullard OC44) Treble Booster in a Chinese glittery enclosure that I got ages ago with a delay kit.
Switch to choose between original and 0.15uf input caps.
Lots of old parts.
Pedal graphics are transfer tattoos.
Tone suck solved by grounding effect input when bypassed.

I need a project to do (have several but I'm bored with them). None dirt. Any suggestions? Delays? Modulations? Etc. No smd would be amazing but I would also like to try my hand at some smd...

Kit? Pcb? Partial Kit?
I highly recommend Freppo circuits from Parasit Studios for pcb builds, with the drill templates they are easy AF.
Delay, pcb.. dead Astronaut has a cool quad delay called the Abductor 2.. but you need 35 100n box caps alone .. It's a huge board. Pretty badass though. He also just released a modulated delay that current mirrors 2x2399s in parallel for long pretty clean repeats. I got that one too. His boards are beautiful.
Then there's the classics, Taylor's meatball clone, echo base clone .. Gristleizer.. etc

Way behind in posting this, thanks to BOS for the nudge.
EHX Holy Grail 8-modes mod.
I didn't discover the mod, but only found a few bits of info before I was halfway through and then I found a guide on this page:
https://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/ ... ic=99043.0
Basically all you need to do is solder an extra wire to an existing pad on the board, disconnect wires from the switch, and use switches to connect each to ground. You can use 3x SPSTs, but I wanted to use the binary-coded rotary switch noted in the BOM for the chip. Works great, but it's tiny and doesn't have a nut to panel-mount. Sooooo... I used my cnc machine to cut a custom bracket to fit it in the existing hole, and figured why not cut a custom board to wire it up. In order to get the leds you just need to solder the positive side to where the wire connects to the switch and the negative side to ground.
Here's a bad video so you can see how the switching works and hear some of the new modes:
