Thanks Skip! At least the saddles are in my price range! I'll probably start with a cheapie Tele neck outta the bin at Trading MUsician and then save pennies until the day I can afford an Electrical neck.

No problem! Yup saddles are generally cheap, I've got like 5 or 6 different sets with different saddle types so that if I change my setup I should have a saddle that will work. I've enclosed a pic below so you can see what I'm talking about, the brass saddles are those ones I linked too and the steel one is a straight across uncompensated saddles (it's in a NSFW tag due to large size so you can see the saddles). Yeah dude get a cheapo neck for now or if you want a decent one for a decent price Mighty Mite necks are actually pretty killer, and they have licensed headstocks.

Sweet dude! Ordering saddles momentarily. If a neck is inexpensive enough I might have this thing done by summertime

Thanks again!

Also, MIke & Mike's is just up the road five minutes so I'm going to see if they'll make me a custom one of these out of an old NWA or Ice-T record or something. Maybe Prince Jammy? ITS A FREE COUNTRY MAN

Hells yeah! A big +1 to what Darren had to say about power skeleton. Before they started I was looking at their gear and thinking "amp small. Me want bigger amps" (my thought are not intracitet). But then I saw the drummer was wearing a venom shirt and the keyboard player had a princess Leia shirt and I knew thing would be ok :D
I talk to the guitar dude after their set and he was saying they've had as many as 18 people on stage before. I'd love to be there for that!

They had six people I think when we played with them a few months ago. I really dig their approach.

The road is pretty rough, pretty terrible potholes. I've towed a trailer up myself but don't advise it, basically we have a drum kit that can be used as backline if your drummer is willing...if not though its all good and also considering the condition of most tour vehicles we have 3 or 4 vehicles we split gear into to ensure safe passage to the top. Also there have been bands that disconnect the trailer and leave it at a safe spot at the bottom and you can throw anything that doesn't fit in the van in another vehicle.

Ughhhh I'm so excited for this tour.

Also Conky, you do you and don't worry about ignant Slipknot comparisons. It's like comparing you to Nickelback since your band has a guitar in it. HOW DARE YOU.

Great choice for Georgia good sir, that heat'll beat ya and the humidity doesn't help.

Houdini, Bullhead and Lysol might be my favourite albums. These 2 days are my last 2 exams.

I might actually cry.
