I've owned quite a few Skychord/King Capitol Punishment devices and the Deses Parva is my favorite. Really nice low frequency range with a lot of interaction/modulation between oscillators. It can make a surprising amount of sound with its three control knobs.John Matrix wrote:How are you liking that Deses Parva?theshoegazer wrote:

I plugged as many CV cables into my synths as possible...

Oh, and the CV sequencer I made.

Re: Let's see your KEYS/SYNTHS!
Went ahead and started my mini modular planning. Bought a Trogotronic M666 and this is where it will eventually end up:

The two blank pannels next to the Trogotronic will be as follows: the one to the right will be multiples, probably 4x4 multiples if I can help it. I like the Make Noise pattern on their pannels and it's easier to DIY them, so why not. The left pannel will be a format jumbler so that I can patch my Moog in as the VCF/Envelope, and then it will go out to the Pittsburgh In/Out. Simple but effective. I think I will be still making an additional multiples standalone unit with switches so that I can toggle different sources on/off

The only stuff I have is pretty heavily processed. This is what it sounds like run though the Trogotronic 666 and Glitch VST:John Matrix wrote:Have you done any recordings with it?theshoegazer wrote: I've owned quite a few Skychord/King Capitol Punishment devices and the Deses Parva is my favorite. I'll try to make a recording of it dry tonight or tomorrow.

Cool. No need to put yourself out or anything. I've heard the official samples, I'm just interested to hear other ways of using devices like that.theshoegazer wrote:The only stuff I have is pretty heavily processed. Re: Let's see your KEYS/SYNTHS!
So I'm probably putting in my initial order for my dotcom modular system this weekend. I'm going to do the entry plan, but pay the first 6 months upfront. This is my initial plan for my complete system, obviously subject to change at any time. The blank spot is for a dual or triple LFO module that I'll get from some other manufacturer, since dotcom doesn't make any 1U LFO modules, and I'm not going to waste a VCO just for an LFO.

hahaha, yes. I gave myself 20 minutes on the Voyager today. Went from a nice fat bass patch to an endless ghost robot fart attack in about four moves.
