Just inadvertently snagged a TC Vortex on eBay. It was way too cheap and I was just driving the price up, but I didn't actually want to spend the money. Oh well.

i'm super happy with the NI Komplete Audio 6. they were blowing them out for $200, and it's perfect for what i want at home. super low latency with the NI stuff (about the only soft synth junk i'm running right now), works fine in Cubase and has enough ins and outs to route soft synth'rrrz into mah pedalboard.

Weird, that's the one I got, was on sale here too. Pretty much the cheapest available interface that was USB 2.0, had at least 4 in/outs with 2 pres, MIDI in/out and came with basic DAW software. I fully expect to cave and buy Maschine once I get my recording shits up and running so the added NI'ness helped.
