Just Friends is an essential one for me. The whole Mannequins line play so elegantly & beautifully together. I haven't messed with the self-patching too much except in shape mode. Have you messed with feeding bipolar voltages to the Run jack? That's a whole other level of complexity that definitely necessitates keeping the manual around.

Yeah you're kind of nailing the Just Friends challenge. I just want to memorize and organize its functions in my head but the Run jack adds this level of complexity that's almost unconquerable. Not just how it changes the mode, but what role the voltage of the Run input plays.
I've kind of just had to section myself off and focus on one mode at a time.

How do you like the Rev2 so far? How are the effects?
I'll let you know once it gets here on Saturday.

I've been considering selling/trading my Sub 37 for a Rev2. I would really love a nice analog polysynth
Back on topic, I received Behndy's case a few days ago! Got everything all set up:

I know this wasn't addressed to me but I've had one for a few months now and it's great. Solid construction, lots of sounds with all of the modulation, and so many nice features.
The effects aren't mind blowing but they are better than grabbing a pedal just for one patch. I mostly use the reverb, delay, and chorus. It's really nice being able to tempo sync the effects.

playing with the Burst and Branches for Rings trigs, Chronoblob with the Happy Nerding VCF in the send/return on the Odd Rings, Great Destroyer on the Evens.

super butts excited about the incoming DLD, dunno if the Chrono will be redundant at that point?

Anyone rocking a Piston Honda?
How does it rock?
There's a good deal on a mk2 and I'm thinking hard about it.
Would have to ditch Synthwerks FSR4 + DPLPG but I can survive that loss...

I don’t own a Piston Honda MK.2 but I have spent some time with one. Basically, I love it. It is easy to get complex, harsh or crunchy sounds with but with attenuation more gentle sounds do appear. The waveshaper is dope too. Get it!

I have a submixer coming so I can plug 8 1/4” jacks into it and keep some gear hooked up and run the submixer into a stereo in on my regular mixer/audio interface. The cool thing is that there is an insert on all 8 channels so I can have pedals or whatever patches in.
This weekend I get to make my music room more functional. I am buying a desk and setting everything up as best as I can. It sucks to walk into my music room and have to step over synths and drum machines. To do anything requires unplugging and rerouting, etc. Doesn’t lead to much productivity.

Bought this cheap little guy so i can easily output individual tracks from the side of my case while controlling the attenuation (and mutes with a different module) going to the patchbay on my desk connected to my audio interface. I wanted to record more part based songs with a lot of cutting and pasting within my DAW and this seemed like an easy way to bring in a lot at once. Think that will be my solution for that type of recording and going to pick up a WMD Performance Mixer to swap out my QuBit Mixology and then i'll be good for both ways of recording.

Wow, that looks really nice. I need to check out some of the sounds. Excited for a proper demo and for months of trying to find a retailer with some in stock.
Also, from what I saw, it has two of Rings three modes. Does this mean Rings is on the way out too? I think it may replace mine
