Today, I couldn't gold plate this elecrode arry properly, one of the other ones that did plate tested with a REALLY high impedence, then I shattered another one I did plate well. These things are worth $120 each.
Why is this not in the spite thread? Well, see, after the one with high impedence, the probe we use to test impedences broke, so I just soldered it back on. Apparently, it was just held together with electrical tape, which is stupid. Then, I absentmindedly tested the same one that had tested high before, and it was absolutely fine now! Thus, the impedence problems we've been having we're probably due to the faulty probe, and I just fixed that, solving this giant problem we couldn't figure out. FUUUUUUUUUUCK YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

I got pulled over today because someone had complained about "obnoxiously loud music and violent sounding screaming." Apparently no one in my neighborhood likes The Stooges. Or my vocal covers

Highway 61 Revisited is one of my favorite albums ever. I found a copy on vinyl (along with The Mothers - Overnight Sensation, Jimi Hendrix - The Essentials vol 2 [with Machine Gun], and accidentally Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy).
I just deposited my last paycheck, so I don't feel too bad about spending $4 of should be bus money on amazing records.

So like, my band was recording last night, and my friend's JCM suddenly dropped in volume a lot. It turned out to be a broken instrument cable, but we had a ten minute long conversation about how "his amp was probably out of tube juice" and where we could get it refilled at.

Nah I'm pretty sure you have to jerk off a GC employee while telling them how great their local screamo band are.
I for one am sick of having to carry it back to my amp in my mouth.
