Let off some steam Bennett! Yeah I use 10mm UV LED as indicator lamps, and 5mm too, also for optocouplers. For the indicator lamps I just make sure it's got like a 5.6k CLR so it's not so bright

Yup, old RCA transistor. Don't know much about it though. I tend to get old transistors from small bear since they're fairly consistent with the vintage stuff, and they carry a guarantee of working. Never had one of theirs fail me though.

Ian puts up pcb's every once in a while. I bought these a while ago though.
Currently he has some pep box pcbs available https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-GHOST-EFFE ... 2172613004

WEM Project V is on our list of upcoming PCB's. PMowdes has it on his "to-do" list for over the holidays.imJonWain wrote:do they sell PCBs or did you do your own?

Highly recommend it. digi2t and pmowdes make quality stuff. And the project v is my favorite fuzz. So much versatility in that box.

Tried looking up this particular one and found nothing. Supposedly this one was measured around 215 hfe.

Were finalizing a Project V board as I type. Should be in the store after the holidays.
BTW, I used MPSA18's for the NPN, and a 2N5087 for the PNP, and it sounds awesome.

My secret Satan got me some joysticks for Christmas and they must have been loaded with some sort of Christmas magic because I proceeded to build the coolest fucking enclosures I have ever made.
And now the painful process of waiting on parts...

Heres' a project in progress. Dino & I have been making an all in one PLL build. The first version worked but it wasn't quite right. V2 boards arrived yesterday so I've made some progress putting it together. As always I'm a few components short but I hope to have it finished and verified this side of xmas.

Those are fucking killer dminner, great work!
Also I think that's the first build I've ever seen where there's almost as many switches as there are resistors
Post clips!
