I'm loving mine...although i do have a question. Is the Speed control super subtle? I'm not noticing much of a change in speed or any really. It's hard for me to tell since the pitch shifting is random.

The speed range is definitely pretty narrow, or at least it is on mine, too.

The speed control sets the top speed at which the random lfo operates. Not a typical speed control

led on the top means its from the first ~100 i made. if you want to send it in for a tune up let me know
