That's what I thought,...but this guy was pretty insistent that only hipsters listen to Radiohead. I told him he was a dick for calling me a hipster.
Yeah! You only listen to Radiohead ironically, anyways!

Watching a film about em,...the singer seems pretty cool though.
EDIT: Okay it's not so bad.
EDITx2: Whoa he listens to Bela Bartok? Okay they are cool.
VERY NICE. I LIKE VERY MUCH.
Make up your mind!!!

I did,...I'll probably torrent their disco (if it isn't a mess). The wife certainly digs them and if I can get her to listen to something other than Marilyn Manson, Tool, and APC 25 hours a day 8 days a week. I'll be a happy man.
Somebody told me that Radiohead was hipster music. I love Radiohead, but I'm not one of them.
first time i heard them was live - their lead singer started throwing condoms into the crowd.

My glasses were already broken and the bridge "repaired" with electrical tape, but now the little screw fell out on one side so the frame opens and the lens falls out. I solved this by using extra wire from a GGG kit and tying it back together.
There is no way I can wear these glasses in public. Shit yeah contacts!
I killed my bank account buying a Peavey VB-2 that I've been lusting after for most of a year now because a dude was selling his in perfect condition (with new tubes) for $525. I should have bought glasses...but now I have a heavy all-tube bass amp

But you can’t see switch to turn it on.
I need new glasses too, have been saying next week for 6 months now.

Small zipties are great for fixing glasses...
Also sunglasses frames look cooler and are cheaper then "normal" frames.

But we've atleast started hearing her voice in demo's recently..used to never hear that..
She doesn't sound quite like I was expecting..but, then again, I dunno what I was expecting

Edit: Also, your comment is invalid now, because Devi has a new avatar that shows her face (apparently she's come back to ILF just recently

i got really into neon indian last year and by may this year i started to mildly hate them because of all the hype in combination with being angry that everyone hyping them on facebook ignored it when i shared 'em
so i confess that i almost gave up a band because of some pretentious douchiness on my part.
me and neon indian are cool now though. but sleep paralysist was pretty awful, no lie.

I don't know what it's called but I dislike that...feeling that occurs every time there's a bass drum hit in his music. Like...frequency...waves.
It's a really common effect in that genre but I dunno what you would call it. Anyway I do like some of his songs...
Here's one: lately I've been staying up until 3AM even if I'm really bored because that's when Star Trek: The Next Generation comes on. I'm not a trekkie or anything but I caught an episode once and watched it for the novelty of remembering how I hated it as a kid (they have this super-advanced ship and aren't constantly using it in battles? What?). I saw a couple more episodes and now I like it. It's a good show

Also I frequently put off practicing all day and by the time I want to do it, I'm sleepy and half-ass it or just put it off until the next day...night...day after that.
