I quite like the 'heaven and hell' aesthetic I've got going on with my pair at the moment.
Wow, first time I've seen a Jazzy that CLOSELY resembles mine. What model is that btw? Needless to say, I like it!
Here's mine for comparison's sake, a Custom Shop '58RI. It's perfect in every way, light relic with the neck sanded for that lacquer-less smooth feel. Only thing I added was a Mastery (after this pic was taken) and and a Staytrem trem arm collet, totally good to go now. The Mastery is so killer, immediately improved both resonance and sustain plus it's so incredibly stable. I can't recommend those bridges enough, worth every penny and that's saying alot as those sonsofbitches aren't cheap!

-Lollar Special T has been installed at the bridge
-Lollar Regal at the neck
-Dr. Strings Pure Blues 10-46
-All the wires has been changed for shielded wire.

How's it sound syl, as good as it looks?

The Regal pickup at the neck is awesome... really glassy, lots of presence and punch.
My ear is not use to the Tele bridge yet (trebely) but the Special T is a great pickup.
I'm trying to adjust the height for a more balanced sound... it's almost there.
Any tips on adjusting pickups heght?
Yep it sound awesome... just need some little adjustments.
Even all my pedals sound very different in a weird way sometimes.
I really like your Jazzmaster.

That Regal sounds PERFECT for a Tele!
Man, the pickup height adjustment is just one of those experimentation things. I usually get the bridge how I like it in terms of sound/output, then try and match the neck output to the bridge after that. Then I fine tune string-to-string balance with pole piece adjustment on buckers and raising/lowering each side on a single. You'll get it there!
I agree though, both my JM and Tele sound way different with pedals than my HB equipped guitars. Sometimes I prefer the difference, other times I don't, just depends.
And thanks dude, I really like your guitar too!

I'm glad to hear that you're liking the Lollar Regal Syl. I'm seriously thinking about selling my mustang and buying a Bilt with Regals. And holy shit that tele of yours is gorgeous. As are the offsets on this page.

IIRC, the dealer advertised it as oak but Fender Customer Care confirmed it was ash.

The new guy.
Partsmaster- Squier neck (without stripe), not sure of the body. Loaded with SD Hot Jazzmaster pickups, I think. Gotta tinker around with the rhythm circuit. Cleaning up the pickguard too. REALLY want to get a Mastery for it. Gotta fudge with the trussrod since I like using 13's. Other than that, stoked. Maybe I will actually string it with a lighter gauge, I dunno. But I do know that the neck is screaming with the .13's on it. It's in A standard right now. Hmmmph. Really like it though, for real.
