I'M LIKE YOU...I HAVE NO NAME.

And also my only current pedal is a DE Shoe Gazer "repaired" by myself...except the Torn's Peaker side accidentally became adjustable oscillation :?:
I can't keep a pedal to save my life...I always end up selling/trading them for some other pedal or other sudden purchase. But I'll build my collection back again some day.

Sol Lucet doesn't have a fuzz in his setup.
Enough said.

Fuzz factories are not for me, so, until i find another fuzz that makes me fall in love, i'll stick to the good old distortion. :hello:

I'm Reggie, 18 from Australia
Been playing bass for 4 years now, dabbling in guitar for about 1
My guitar playing focuses on sludge, noise and ambient and any combination of those
MY bass playing covers jazz, funk, prog and hard rock

I have interests in building fuzz boxes when I have the time, nothing commercial, just to satisfy my curiosity
But I rarely ever have time, so most of my money goes into buying then building

I have to say I love fuzz, but can't seem to keep a particular one on my board for long, they're always being sold/traded
My main goal at the moment is to find the perfect fuzz and stick with it, but we all know that won't happen :grumpy:

Hi guys...

I'm Honza and i'm from czech republic. I'm a student and i've been playing guitar for almost 5 years now... i'm in a band, we play progressive rock heavily influenced by jazz, funk and psychedelic music...

i'd like to say first that english is my second language... so don't be mad about my grammar, please ;)

i've been experimenting with different stompboxes for a few years now... i'm basically a huge fan of delay, especially when it comes to creating big ambient/post-rockish pads :) i haven't been into fuzz for a long time, but i guess i found a new interest - exploring fuzz, embracing the destruction... i hope i'll get some answers here :)

Welcome all you new people to ILF.

Does the perfect fuzz exist?
Who knows? I find that what’s right for one song is not for another so I have fuzzes and more fuzzes.

Haha, yeh that's what I'm thinking of doing, got a Devi Ever Aenima lined up to buy so I'm excited for that
I'm also designing a Colorsound One Knob/ZVex Sho mash up that is turning out to be pretty dandy so we'll see how that goes
