It's a delay where each repeat moves up or down in pitch. The controls are mix, time, feedback, tone and pitch ramp (how much it moves up or down for each repeat). Neat!

well when you say it like that i would think its just a standard modulated delay...but it sounds like so much more than that. sounds like strange aliasing and ring moddy stuff going on
