I blame playoffs.
Football has been done for almost 3 months
Oohhhh you meant NHL?
who gives a FAK

NHL > Handegg. The only handegg related thing worth watching is the draft and that's solely because of Mel Kiper Jr.

I bought a 4 month old 5 string Bongo Stealth HH and had it shipped to him, JWAR also got my '04 Warwick Corvette that has EMG JX pickups and an ACG/East EQ 02 preamp in it. That preamp is rad, it is filter based like an old Alembic or Wal, it has a high and low pass filters and you set the center frequencies, super versatile. Plus the icing on the cake for JWAR was the T Pedals BASStard fuzz. So...he did very well on the trade but I also am very satisfied with the bass so ITZ ALL GUD!

Most people are put off by the bright sound of the Bongo but I really like it. My nicest bass for a while was a 5 string MM Stingray. Like a fool I sold it. I kind of miss that bass.

I dig the shit out of the Bongo. It's a tone monster but all of Musicman's basses seem to be. I love me some Musicman and am a total fan boy. I've owned several of their basses and want a new one again! I want a 4 string classic style.
I'm happy with the Warwick and the Bongo. Plus the BassTard is fucking amazing! Loud crazy, loud nutso pedal! LOVE!
I think we both got good deals here. Now to trade everything again....jk.

I am on my way to Musicman fanboi status as well, I joined the forum.
I want a Bongo 5er, a Big Al SSS, A Reflex with the GameChanger, and an Old School Stingray...
I have no clue how I will ever get all of those so I will work on the Bongo 5er first. Maybe sometime next year. Way more likely the year after that, because I will have a degree by then and hopefully a good paying job.

I've been a Musicman guy for many years now and have almost owned one of every model at some point. After many years of bongo ownership and a 2 year flirtation in hippie sandwich land, the Big Al brought me back.
To be honest though, my Lakland JO4 with chisonics is getting the majority of my playing time now. The Big Al isn't going anywhere though, it's reached the point now where it's the longest I've ever owned a single bass.
