You beautiful man. Still debating whether or not to dive into this. I want to resist.

I almost pre-ordered a Magneto this morning. What I am struggling with is that I have a T-Rex Replicator. The Replicator is cool, sounds great but is lacking a ton of CV control.

The kicker for me will be whether the MIDI channels are stable considering its been an issue for the Digitakt for nearly a year and from appearances this seems to share a lot of the same architecture. My Analog 4 only outputs the sequencer via CV and I'm super into the sound engine of the Digitone. Gonna hold out and see how the dust settles over the next month or so.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to at least try the Magneto, I might hold out for a second hand unit though. It would probably replace my DLD but who knows maybe I’d hold onto both. :)* My live show is tonight, unless it totally sucks I’ll post a recording on my Soundcloud at some point.

I think broadly speaking chaos modules produce patterns that will be similar over time, somewhat but not completely predictable. Whereas a true random module would not produce anything predictable.

It’s gonna be a live version of my podcast, with words and such. I have three pieces prepared, 2 more melodious and 1 a little skronky.

also, sooooooooo....... quick, probably stupid, question about the Batumi.

when i boot up my rack whatever mode i was last in, the light is blinking, then when i press the mode button once it stays in that mode but stops blinking.

for example - power up rack, Divide is blinking blue. click the center button, stays in blue for Divide, but goes to a solid LED.

is there a difference between the blinkins and the steadies?
