Just got back from seeing Secrets, The Word Alive, Attack Attack, and Escape the Fate.
Not my taste in music, but the show was awesome. Crowd surfed a few times and got someone else's blood on my shirt.
Good night.

where at?
i might get interviewed for a production artist position that's five miles from home...they e-mailed me and asked me how my skills are at producing packaging in Illustrator. i answered them honestly, and am waiting to see if they hit me back. i've been trying to be more proactive, because i really need to get my situation resolved.

Erie, which is a community college in Buffalo. Ideally, I'll be able to fix my GPA while busting out gen ed's that I'd need for the education degree I want to get when I transfer to Buff State. I'm excited. Hopefully, I can get into dorms, too.
Also, NSFW language, but I love this track.

The other day the very Japanese instructor for my business communications class said something ending in "turn off the light" while someone was setting up a power point presentation. The kid totally thought she said something about something on screen being "off to the right." Me and one other person heard the whole thing and started laughing hysterically.
It was awesome. That class was nothing but a two hour and forty-five minute train-wreck every week. I just have the exam next week.

the idea of that occurring in a Business Communications class is endlessly delightful.

I actually fucking love working overnights. I can sleep in the morning when I get home (I have trouble sleeping at night, bad anxiety and insomnia most nights), I get to talk to Kate before she goes off to school when I get out of work, and I'm not exhausted getting up. Plus taking a shower after a 12 hour overnight then crawling into bed is fucking incredible.
This is going to work for me, this summer.

I liked working nights for a little while. I started losing it though. Then again, I was working behind a counter. You're doing manufacturing or something like that? Just keep your head down and work, work, work.
