An idea would be uploading it to soundcloud where the comments are shown at the timestamp, so you can make relevant inputs, not just a comment regarding an entire 3 hr podcast.

While that is a cool idea I don't think that really promotes discussion, and having another place to listen maybe makes it more complicated? We could just start a new thread here for each episode that can fill up with banter?
