Awesome pics, welcome to ILF! I still watch people play NES games on twitch.tv, some are just so cool and have such a great nostalgic feeling.. I love watching stuff like Zelda, Rygor, Metroid... pretty much every cool game is being played every day, it's awesome.
I thought you guys might get a kick out of a couple of Angry Joe's recent videos, one is for gaming controversies of 2013 and one is for the worst games of 2013.. both kinda negative but both really funny... and the worst games were really bad.

Do you guys know about Hey Ash, Watcha Playin'? She was the voice of Tiny Tina in Borderlands 2, and her brother was the writer.

I've been playing GTAV every chance I get. Only like 40% done, since babies have a way of cutting way into video game time. I really like how they did this game. Feels less arbitrary than a random guy meeting people in a new town and rising to the top of the criminal underbelly.
Ryan, you will be happy to know that my daughter has never even heard the game. Having her makes me realize how terrible a lot of the things I like really are. I still play and listen to heavy music around her, because she needs to embrace the riff from an early age, but movies and games are insanely violent things these days!

I've been watch Hey Ash for years now. Great series. It's been really cool seeing it evolve and grow. It's just disappointing that they don't really do the Hawpcast anymore now that they have real jobs.

I agree, on both points but specifically about how arbitrary Niko Bellic's rise to power was. He basically arrived from the East, wanted money so killed everyone to get it.

They could have applied a more legitimate reason or written him with a burning desire that stemmed from a past of poverty or something like that. They touched on his past but not nearly as well as they did in GTAV with Michael and Trevor. Michael to me is the star in GTA V. Franklin is just along for the ride—again with little reason to be happy killing people for money, but it's not as bad as Niko in GTA IV—and Trevor is the catalyst for Michael to re-emerge and take up his life of crime again. That's the way I see it at least.

Anybody check out Nidhogg? I'm on the verge of getting it. A stick figure dueling game is hard to say no to.

Trey, I bet you're a heckuva dad! *smile* You should get her Minecraft or something creative like that... and definitely show her that heavy music, I say power chords from a young age is the only way to go. Remember the heavy metal kid at the start of PIck of Destiny.. love that kid's style!

I've been watching lots of Dragon's Dogma lately, there's some really cool dungeon crawling and monster hunting to be in that game!

MOBAs are team-based games where your team works to defend their base/spawn point while pushing back the enemy team across a few big pathways and the spaces between those paths. They have a unique metagame aspect to them whereby the team with more Brazilians always loses. A core element of gameplay is that each side has at least two racist, homophobic loser assholes constantly spurring them on through verbal abuse; it is considered a team-building exercise.
Now that PS3s are getting cheaper I might look into getting one this year. Been fiending for Valkyria Chronicles ever since it came out.
Also gotta get the 4 Armored Core games and Earth Defense Force...hhhhhnnnngggggg
I dunno what other good games there are. I haven't cared about Final Fantasy since 10, don't play console versions of games if they're on PC, played the Uncharted games at my friend's house, already had the ending of The Last of Us spoiled...

Maybe Skullgirls would be fun, too. I'm awful at fighting games but I still love 'em every now and then. I wish Soul Calibur 2 was online.
