YUSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you that are pic blind it's a DE Ruby with dark/light toggle. A Dano Chicken salad vibrato and a few awesome comic books!!

I was seriously dying to read The Waking Dead after all the hype here. But it's impossible to find in my country :omg: :omg: :omg:

THANK YOU BRONZETALON.

If you ware anything like me you will burn through both The Walking Dead and Preacher pretty quickly. If the switch on the modded ruby fucks up on you it was my first foray into pedal modding so you might have to find someone to fix it for you I can tell you how its super easy.

It has done well so far. The Ruby is a bitching fuzz but it is MOFO loud. I have never owned a DE but it is hard to maintain at bedroom levels :)

The spring chicken was a pleasant surprise. Real nice subtle univibe clone. What does the trimpot alter?

it's been busy here with christmas and all but I'll get to the comics ASAP!

Yea devis pedals tend to be way loud. I think the trimpot on the chicken salad changes the resonance of the vibe, just tweak it until you are happy with vibe tone.

EB was my SS. I'm really hoping I open mine up and one of those WSoUs are in there. Waiting on the wife to wake up. It's 9:30 our time and I'm about sick of this self control thing.

EDIT: Nope,.....ohnoho Utter Stutter,....(who's paul owens?). This is just as cool as the Wrong Side,...but I've got some research to do and some more cables to buy. SOOOOO STOKED,....THANKS ERIC! YOUR THE GREATEST. This was tons of fun thanks for making it happen.

Merry Christmas Everybody.

Prepare thyself for TL;DR. I'm too excited to type less than 8,542 words.

My Secret Santa was Ryan (Dr. Scientist) & Tanya.

Gifts are as follows:

Image

Hark!

1.) A chocolate poker chip/cards/dice set. "Set phasers to delicious!!!"

2.) A maple syrup lollipop shaped like a maple leaf! "May the delicious be with you!!!"

3.) A Santa that, if placed in water, will grow 600% IT'S NORMAL SIZE!!! "Take your stinkin' 'claus' off me, you damned dirty growing Santa!!!"

4.) Some Insta-Canadian peppermint breath spray! "Wendy?...Darling. Light of my life. I'm not gonna hurt ya. You didn't let me finish my sentence. I said: 'I'm not gonna hurt ya.' I'm just gonna bash your brains in. I'm gonna bash 'em right the fuck in! And then, I'm going to use some of this breath spray and feel Canadian!!!"

5.) And an awesome sparkle-fest "Seasons Greetings" card! Full of niceness! "Movie quote!!!"

Image

A super sweet Dr. Scientist t-shirt. In the right size! Hristmas magic! If I remember correctly, I believe this particular design was by "my bloody television". I also believe that it is amazing. Furthermore, I believe that it is part of the official uniform of the Awesome Town Police Department.....as it is clear that it will, no doubt, deflect bullets.

Image

A "Dr. Compy's Special Skywatcher Lightbox". Either we share the same/very similar sensibilities, or Mr. Dr. Scientist somehow has a "Things Companda will find wondrous" radar. Because, I freaking love things like this. When you plug it in, the little stars light up, change color, fade in and out and generally be awesome. It shall live on my pedal board for always-ever.

And the pièce de résistance.....

Image

A "Dr. Compy's Special Prototype Temolessence". The second prototype of the newfangled Tremoloessence! I'm not sure what I have done to deserve a gem such as this (other than the obvious reason - being infinitely kickass). It's blue! And, as we all know, blue is kung-fu kangaroo.

I can attest to it being amazing. If you are in the market for a tremolo after it comes out......and you even look at another tremolo, then you are clearly insane. AND, even though your diseased mind probably can't help it, you will be ashamed of yourself. And rightfully so. It' sounds so amazing, you guys/gals.

This Dr. Compy is an excited Dr. Compy.

Endless thanks and eternal gratitude AND ILLIMITABLE INDEBTEDNESS to DocSci & his Tanya (or perhaps it is Tanya and her DocSci) for the best gifts ever!

I vote that Companda shall be banned permanently since he is now too cool to hang out with us people-who-do-not-have-ultimate-tremolessence-prototypes.

I think it would be easier to just ban everyone else.
