Yeah those are tight, the only reason I'm going back down to a JR from a PT1 (which is the width of a EB volume pedal more then a JR) is because my bass board is extremely minimal now. You can usually find those with a semi-decent hardcase on the cheaps. I might be letting mine go... not quite sure yet...

Personally, I'm big on the PT Jr. largely because it really limits me from putting 9 dirt pedals on my board and makes me more focus on playing and core sound than comparing all my fuzzes for 45 minutes

Yeah, that is what I love about the PT Jr too. I have the essentials on there now (dirt, delay, tuner, phase, trem) but I'd like a better looper than my Timefactor and a way to run my samples in my guitar's signal path so it looks like I'll be expanding soon. Gonna keep my Jr though cause the last time I went from a PT2 to a Jr I ended up wanting to simplify again a few months later. I'm gonna be doing this record though so unless I find a really good fucking deal this is gonna be a while before I can get my board like I'm wanting it to.

EDIT:

Which is bigger? a PT1 or 2?

I don't want one that huge. Just something a tad bigger. I thought there was one that was in between the PT2 and Jr though. I think Christian ended up slimming down his bord to one of those and r=from what I recall it is about the size that I was looking for.

Anything around $230 or below that is a good score. It's worth it. The new asking price is a bit steep, though. I paid that much plus EU taxes and mine wasn't a perfect example. Marc Skreddy and has team aren't very good when it comes to drilling holes and aligning their screen printing. But the internals, the things that matter, they're all top notch.

agh nevermind, i don't have the money and somehow i can't receieve the usual international shipping. if it got stuck in customs i'd be fucked economically.

tonefactor - 225$ skreddy echo - returned item so it's b-stock. someone get it!

Always wanted a Skreddy Echo...

I have a PT jr and I can fit practically a slew of small enclosure crap. Tuner, Octave, phaser, looper two delays, trem, verb, altoid box, tap tempo. I should post a picture.

I've got a PT-1HC and I really like it. Just enough space for everything.

PT2 is slightly bigger, the pt1 is the one inbetween the PTjr and pt2. It's about 5" wider then the jr everything else dimensionally is the same.

Sounds like good times Skip!

Also I hope there's still time to get in on this Doom Room split/comp thing. Tonight is supposed to be practice but I have a bangin' chest cold so I might have to go facebook style to talk to the fellas if I'm too weak to rock tonight.

If only! I really really appreciate the sentiment but all of our merch money and show pay always goes into the band fund. It's the only way to keep a band alive unless everybody in it is a millionaire. But as you now know we're way up at Darrell's in Shoreline this weekend. I'd love to see you but I won't blame you if you don't make the trek up.

This is great! I hope that new drummer can hang for the long term.

A stereogram to the head!

While I've got ya here, did that tourbox ever show up? I sent it the same day as Empty Paradigm's Badascan.
