Fucking neato. But like Steve said I don't think it's worth near that much. You're almost treading on Bean territory and as much as I hate to say it and as much as I love my Kramer, it will never be a Bean...

Chicago Music Exchange will deal though, good guys up in that joint with some stunning gear at every turn.

Only place that currently stocks Emperor cabs and they'll let you special order and decide on the purchase after cab arrives. Word is they'll soon be an EGC dealer too. Waiting to see on that one.

This is gonna be my treat in 2013 too, a 27" baritone neck with black block inlays for my black JM... it's totally gonna take the edge off turning 37.

That should be flipping AWESOME!

Yah, you'll never pay more for something any where else than there, and you'll never pay more for guitar work than at Schroeder, both in Chicago.

I've actually paid less at CME than anywhere else on the last several pedals I bought. They not only matched Prymaxe but undercut that constant 15% off sale and I'm not even local. Maybe they're hard asses when it comes to guitars tho...

The Emperor cabs ARE pricey when compared to going direct but that's expected. Dealers gotta get theirs too.

Yah, their pedals always seem about average price but the guitars generally seem over priced, unless they are just that expensive.

Well, I just sent an email off to Kevin. After a decent amount of communication with Matt, the dude from Obstructures, about my pickups, I just asked Kevin how much a fresh set of P90's would go. My Obstructures is sold old that it's got a really weak set of DiMarzio P90's in it and I guess that's why I wasn't bonding with them. I'm REALLY excited about the new P90s, especially after getting ahold of one of Kevin's bass pickups. I also asked Kevin his thoughts on possibly refretting my guitar, or at the very least leveling the frets as some of them seem to be higher than others. Depending on the cost of the pickups I might try to ship Kevin the guitar and see what he can do about the frets. The guitar was refretted about 5 years ago and the frets seem pretty fresh, but I noticed a dead spot or two which is ruining my aluminum vibes

How long was that wait btw, from order to start date?

Mine should be up real soon here. Maybe.
