I can't even talk in this thread now. It seems like there's nothing I could say to justify anything or make it right. Which is what I wish I could do as I'm trying to be optimistic about this whole thing, but for fucks sake...it's getting really scary right now. I will say I'm glad to see he didn't overturn President Obama's laws about LBGT. That's good at least. I know a lot of folks were really scare about what was going to happen, so that's the one good thing I've seen. I also hope he does get the damn pharma companies to lower their prices.

Other than that...yea...dunno how to feel or what to say. I love all people and know many other people from different countries and my wife and I used to babysit three Muslim little boys. I feel horrible as a person who lives in the United States now. I'll be honest. I wasn't very proud of it before, but now I feel darn right ashamed. That's a shitty thing you know. I wish there was a way to make it better. Protesting helps in some respects, but in others it doesn't. Just throwing out my random thoughts here.


I will say our public education system is going to be FUCKED. I watched the voting process (right...) earlier today and cannot fucking believe what they did. Allowing someone to have a fucking vote that wasn't even present at the moment. It's outrageous and shows how far these assholes are willing to go. Just break every fucking rule and code of ethic possible! It's cool!

I don't even know what to say about this whole clusterfuck situation after reading the other day that Trump fired the Attorney General for disagreeing with, and questioning the legality of the immigration ban. This is madness. It's like an entitled bully has been allowed to run a school. Why aren't other high ranking politicians of any other party saying anything about how insane this is? And what about the public? Are there any stories about Trump voters who regret what they've voted for? I'd love to see that. Just some glimmer of humanity and intelligence. People who can genuinely say they thought he might be an alternative, but they see now he's a complete monster.
