I just played 2.5 hrs of Dark Souls 2. I had never played any Dark Souls before. Restarting now that I have a better grasp on the game.

You should get Threes aka the game that guy totally ripped off.
Such a bummer that a clone blew up and the original remains relatively obscure.
In development for a year and stolen in a weekend.

i know about threes. played it a long while back for about 5 mins.
but something about 2048 just hooked me right away.
is it the symmetrical, square, and binary growth?
Is it the 90% "2" 10% "4" tile new distribution (vs in threes you get 50/50 1 & 2) mechanics?

how far did you get? I don't expect to get to 8192. don't even want to try
after reading this stack overflow discussion on optimal algorithms, I'd rather spend that time coding an algorithm to do it.

I haven't gotten much further than you. Just a slightly higher score. But I keep trying for some stupid reason. I don't think I'll get 8192 either but that's what I said about 4096.

EDIT:
Also Lichdom Battle Mage is really good, best early access game that I have played and looks better than most AAA games. A couple of bugs and It definitely needs voicework but it will be amazing when it's finished.
