Sorry if I came off as insensitive in this thread. A lot of my close friends are female so I get the inverse perspective more frequently than the average person. My favorite was leaving the health services center when I was student. My school sold 10 condoms for a $1. As I am walking in, a young lady is walking out with her friends and I overhear, "I guess I should start having guys use these from now on". It took every ounce of my being not to keep my laugh suppressed.

Before I that last sentiment is taken out of context, that was in regard to mating patterns, not erratic, 'primal' behavior.

I kind of blur my memory of them with The Wind in the Willows though. That fucker Mr. Toad probably gets way more puss than he deserves.

I don't remember which one is which, but I want to say it's Toad, who is often depressive and mopping, and Frog is always trying to cheer him up, but he just wants to lay in bed all day etc...

Yeah Toad was kinda mopey, but him and Frog were buds and always liked each other! It's just a more realistic children story showing how a lot of people care for each other. Some also claim there's more to the stories as the author came out late in life (40s, post marriage, post kids) and died of aids complications in the 80s. His daughter wrote a thing in the times about it years ago.
