The quitting is the easy part. The not having another one is the pain in the ass.
But, you know, I snowboard for a living (half the year). The warm months are for hoops and bicycles. Those are hard things to enjoy when you've got lungs on fire.
Not to be confused with Chariots of Fire.

Ya know...
That's my bad. Thinking of a band with a completely different name (comets on fire)
I apologize for the confusion, I've been awake for way too long today.

Update: currently weigh 152 lbs and exercising 3-4 days a week. Exercise includes running for fifteen minutes, 80 pushups, 40 sit-ups, 40 bicep curls with 15 lb weights and 10 minutes of stretching/yoga.
Feeling pretty good, I've nearly cut candy out of my diet (I haven't bought candy in weeks, but somehow there's still candy around

but at least I'm not eating the stuff everyday like I was) and looking to add some fruits/veggies.

What I did when I realized I wasn't eating enough fruit is I bought a whole ton of frozen fruit when it was on sale and every afternoon between lunch and dinner I make a shake with yogurt and milk and a couple bananas and 1-2 cups of whatever fruit I feel like having that day. It's delicious and for some reason works better for me than eating a bunch of normal fruits. Doing other things while drinking something is easier for me than doing other things while eating pieces of fruit I guess, and I don't have to worry about produce going bad since it's all frozen. I thought it would be annoying to have to wash a blender but it's not that bad.

I kinda did something similar but with veggies. The wife and I used to make quesadillas pretty often. She doesn't eat any fruits and veggies but somehow remains skinny. Doesn't work for me. I ended up buying smaller tortillas but some mixed veggie things like onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, lettuce.....the quesadilla would be close to the same size but smaller in diameter and a lot taller from all the veggies. Just a good. Just as filling. Woot.
And when we made spaghetti I would skip noodles. Well, I would make them for her, but for myself, I would get squash and carrots and use a peeler to make long strings that I would saute in some olive oil with garlic and a ton of other spices....use that for noodles. So good.
After a while, I didn't even miss a lot of meat. I even switched to the Veggie D at Subway because I realized I loaded it with so many veggies I wasn't even tasting the ham anymore.
Kinda hard to do all that cooking with five newborns but I'm getting back into the groove. Still don't have anytime to exercise but I'm hoping that we can skip the 2am feeding in a month or so and I can start that back up.

Progress-wise myself, I am down to 10% bodyfat, needing to be 7 or 8 in about three weeks for a photo shoot.
I'd upload a selfie but have noticed a distinct lack of selfies in this thread. I don't want to be that guy.
HELL. YES. I have been looking for a bigger variety of body weight stuff. I've seen some crazy gymnastic-style exercises, but there's some downright insultingly good shit in this.

Now I'm stoked for my next workout!

Lack of appetite suppressor makes me hungry. Did you know Extra makes chewing gum that tastes like desserts? I've massacred a pack of Orange Creme already, and now I've mowed through most of a pack of Mint Chocolate Chip. Delicious.
But, uh, I'm fitness-y retarded. I don't exercise, I do things, for example: I've done five pushups in the last six months, but I get at least two hours of snowboarding in a day. Anyone got a super basic "you should do this every day to feel better about yourself and not get hurt when you go out and do things" plan they could lay down for me?

Something to keep in mind is that many chewing gums can have a laxative effect if you have more than a couple within a few hours.

Yes, but I need to have a sleep first.

What equipment (if any) do you have access to?
