Here is a unnecessarily huge, 1590DD, 80's synthesizer-themed enclosure that I just finished for Freppo's guitar synth circuit.

Thanks dude! Love that enclosure on yours, the paint splat thing looks awesome with the etch! Might have to nick that!

Thanks man. It was nerve racking because I had to pump myself up to start sanding (hoping the etch was deep enough that it didn't take the splatter off), but all was good

Definitely something I will repeat.

I think next you should try an etched swirl finish. There's plenty of boring swirl finishes on pedals out there. I think it's time to see how it'd look on an etched enclosure.

I wanted to do that previously, on part of that "Ugly Arcadiator" pedal I built awhile back (I wanted the space scene to have a swirl finish). I ended up selling that pedal to fund another purchase and I miss it. I need to find someone that wants to rebuild them again, and when I do, I feel confident enough to add the swirl now
