Yesterday I started playing Pokemon Crystal on an emulator.
I had so much fun with these games back in the day.
And honestly, it's still pretty fun.
Pokemon is a pretty great game.

Agreed, I love them all. It really gets to me when people say the first gen is the best just because of nostalgia, because each gen added more damn pokemon and isn't that the friggin point?

Plus the complaint that the pokemon got more stupid in successive generations is ridiculous if you actually look at all the ones in gen 1. They've always been stupid things with stupid names, it's the whole point!

(side note: this guy's chain is candle -> lantern -> chandelier; why does he go from candles to gas then back to candles?)

I just found that the AI was a little too predictable for a game designed for sneaking and it didn't really bring anything new to the table
I was more-or-less expecting a steampunk Hitman and I think my expectations might have been too high
So if I go back and play it now I would probably enjoy it a little more
Thanks guys. I am going to start playing either this or the last of us this weekend.

If those are your options I'd definitely go with Last of Us.
Easily the best game I've ever played
I heard the DLC is really good too

There's a mostly-debunked Dark Souls 2 PC release date of April 25th floating around. I say 'mostly' because I'm delusional and Namco didn't specifically state that the rumor was wrong.

TIL I am the exact height and weight of a Dodrio. Woulda been cooler if I had three dicks, though.

I'm imagining a rotating cylinder style dick configuration.
Like a gatling gun of man meat.

I'm fucking weird, I couldn't get into Last Of Us at all (or even Tomb Raider), but I'll happily stick up for Bioshock:Infinite or ME3 and defend them to the end.

I just have a thing for sneaking and scavenging :idk:
I'm replaying Fallout 3 right now
And I can't wait to get home in a couple months to get the Last of Us DLC

Has anyone else given the Elder Scrolls Online beta a try yet? I can't play for more than a half hour at a time because it keeps locking up on me, and my computer's specs are pretty good.

It's alright, been playing for a while. It's an Elder Scrolls flavoured MMO, so you can just pal around with your friends and do quests or aimlessly run around and explore. Or, just play heavily modded Morrowind by yourself. :idk:

I think that it should be a pay once for an account type of game, month to month is really steep but it was way too good to be a simple f2p game. Still, for an MMO the voice acting and Soundtrack is surprisingly detailed.
