It's always better to have a job that doesn't make you miserable than a job that does.

pics as soon as i can borrow a digi-cam...i got nothin' that works in the house :(

seeing the Kardashi-bomb reminds me of how i gained a strange new respect for the Juggalos after they bottled Tila Tequila off the stage at the Juggalo Fest a few years back.

i always feel lonely when i'm the first post on a new page.

it's not as though you're going to be able to talk to anyone anyway LOL...i don't think they'll be playing at conversational level.

so i swapped the whole upper tier of my board around...i was getting an annoying switch pop when i turned the trem on, and i figured it was because it had too many buffered effects before/behind it. i need to have the trem after the RV-3, though, because i like to sync the trem to the delay for faux-sequencer effects. so i put the envelope filter after the trem, which allows for triggering the filter sweep with each trem pulse or delay repeat. woo-hoo! so the upper tier now is (volume pedal out)-> RV-3 -> PleasureTrem 5000 (i just love the name!) -> DiscumBOBulator-> Ghost Echo -> TC SCF -> Philosopher's Tone, and so far i'm really delighted. having the flanger at the tail end makes for a really lovely Slowdive effect when i use the EF set to sweep down, and the compressor is much happier at the end of the chain. it contradicts many of my long-held beliefs about effect sequencing, but like i say, if you want to learn anything you have to be willing to be proved wrong. i'm getting the greatest noise loops.

While resetting my run of the mill, dollar store universal remote, I figured out it actually will control the dvd player.
The little things.

I just played risk 2210 and won. I've never won any kind of risk and even though it was the first time playing risk for most people there i'm still pretty happy about how it turned out.

Your ex is a terrible person. Not only does it take forever to set up, it takes forever to play and evrybody knows that going in so very few people want to play.

One time, some friends and I got enough people together to play a two board version of risk 2210. We had ten people and we were going to use the moon to transport troops between boards. We got it set up and then everybody left. I don't think I've ever been madder than I was at that moment.

dude, we found this board game that was like risk, but like 10 times more complicated, 20 times more pieces and literally took like an hour to set up and get everything done because there were ships, planes and ground troops, and very specific set ups for each area. awesome game. its based on world war 2 or something, and the game costs like 100 bucks

I got an Alesis imultimix last night... Now I can upload things to Soundcloud without going through the 1/8" mic input on the side of this laptop... Hopefully all my songs won't come out as some big rectangular piece of poo like they have been...

I guess I need to look for an Ipod now... Never had one but this can record to them which seems kinda cool... I'm just interested in using it as a fancy soundcard with usb... YAY GEAR FLIPPIN... :yay:
