Moogerfooger CP-251 + TeaspoonCAS will do this. One of my favorite things to do with the CAS.

debating my entry for april:
a) pitch modulator - will be the weird and big (aprox 7-9 knobs)
b) independent fuzz - overdrive combo - will appeal to the masses

Out of the two, I'd go with A.

Is this a poll? then I say "A".
But why don't you just build the one that will be more fun for you? Seems like the reasonable thing to do. It would only be a month longer for the people waiting for the other design.

not a poll, just thinking out loud. Also watch out for the planetoid coming next weekwhich is a ring mod able to cop clean and dirty tones plus carrier free when you arent playing. Some thoughts from a person who tried one:
"I've spent some time with this pedal, and I have to tell you...I love it!!! I especially love the dirty ring mod sound achieved by using the last 5 % of the Filter & Frequency knobs. This thing has so many different sounds and the use of the Mix knob can give me a little bit of oscillation, or just leaving the notes laying on the floor. Awesome!!
I tried the pedal with my humbuckers, and with my P-90's pickups. It sounds great with each configuartion. I discovered that you need to have the guitar volume and 10 to be able to really drive the pedal. I still have yet to run other pedals before it in the signal chain and see what comes about. It should be awesome with a nice fuzz, distortion, or boost pedal. I can set this pedal to many different positions and can get great sounds. Again, I can't tell you how happy I am with this pedal. It is different than the android, and in my opinion, it is better. Great job!

Holy-crap, that planetoid sounds like it will be as awesome as predator vs. alien should have been. Will it be able to cover the range of android in addition to all this new craziness?
And I also vote in favor of the pitch modulator.

i havent forgotten this, i still need to start the pcb artwork for the pitch modulator and then tweak a couple of values and then re-do the final revision of the pcb, knobs nightmare. There's a normal fuzz that might see the light in june
feb - molecule
march -
april - arrow (generator) and caracol
may - planetoid
june - ???????????
i still debating with the pwm, pitch modulator, harmonizer and other stuff that is half cooking and half planning ahead

My vote for June would be for the Copilot harmonizer.
Just had the Mantis 2 and found these decadent ring-mod-style low harmony fuzz tones in there, so a pedal focussed on something like that would be very cool!

Hmm...
envelope pitch vibrato ftw
a reverb with an effects loop? I always wanted to have one and put a distortion in the loop or a wah or something
sample and hold modulation? Like phaser, chorus, flange, etc.
Sample and hold hi pass/low pass/band pass filter?
Something like what the Alesis Fidelity X was going to be? Man, that would have been sweet
A low/high pass filter in a wah enclosure?
a freaky ass jet phaser/flanger?
fuzz with gain settings for each frequency band?
