I'm already playing better in anticipation of playing better with the unified colour.

Didn't he flip it?
I wonder if his tone got better or worse?
And where is that guy anyway?
I very rarely check in there these days. But yes - I had two different monochrome boards win BILF in 2017 and 2018 (maybe). They were silly, but satisfying.
No longer on IG, or any social media to speak of. I do still use drums to trigger synths, and record other stuff that's more centered on guitar, too.
Just updated my signature so that it includes Soundcloud. Here's a playlist of some sketches where I do that modular + drums stuff.

Getting back into it again, as I just entered into round three of my dalliance with eurorack.

Invisible man! Whats good dude? Been a minute. Hope your well!
As far as themed boards...I've always been a s l u t for Jack White's color themed rigs (the copper one for the raconteurs

), but idk if I could ever justify it unless my income got hell disposable. Even then, I like to swap stuff around a lot so I don't think I could commit.

Closest I've gotten to doing that is theming my board to the project I'm working on stylistically. But thats gotta be pretty fuckin normal right?

Personally, I don't go for a "theme", I just stopped buying pedals I don't like the look of at a certain point. I guess you could say my boards are somewhat themed. Making a themed board for the sake of it seems kinda weird. Like there's this guy on TGP that has over 9000 color-coordinated boards of all colors. Black/monochrome is cool though.

Also a week or two ago Jerms posted this MkIII Tone Bender build in a Boss DS-1 enclosure. One could make a whole board full of DS-1s with their guts replaced....
