So, I'm a long time lover/lurker of ILF, but this is my first actual post—for this pedal, which I just received and found it hard to tear myself from.
Holy shit. The pedals others have mentioned in comparision to the Draume are apt: it is a gen. loss killer, almost a dark world killer, and, with the addition of random AM and the adjustable clock, not like anything I've ever noodled with (though I haven't played an Afterneath.)
The dark world still has some irreplaceable CBA tricks with the dip switches and the resonant tone knob, but this pedal is so much more accessible imo. I also disagree that this isn't a powerful generalist verb as well. I think it could work fine as an end-of-chain workhorse, but, of course, it's way more interesting/fun to use it as an end-of-change quantum, lo-fi, funhouse-space-fucking-device.
Regarding the noise issues that were mentioned. There is some noise: but I think it's totally in-line with this pedal's overall philosophy to compellingly subvert our notions of space.
I'm so inspired by this device. Also, hi, everyone! Just wanted to share some thoughts about this one, as I've gained so much from other people's posts in the past here.

Very cool. I'm loving it too but using it before dirt early in my chain with another reverb later. Beautiful. Especially fully wet. My favorite setting is Metal with a little modulation (a bit more FM than AM) and in Gate mode. Texture at 1 o'clock, clock around 11 o'clock. Awesome.

Nice to meet ya @dickens and welcome! Happy you’re enjoying it.
I grabbed another after sending my first to Ed. Yup, just as kick ass the second time hahaha.
I really love every mode, I’ve explored Metal more and I’m a big fan.
Beautiful beautiful.

Thanks for the welcome! I'll have to try it earlier in the chain soon, and yeah, Metal is brilliant, but I also really like the granular mode with really low decay, min. clock, fully wet mod and mix, while doing momentary bursts of infinite decay. That setting to me is the gen. loss killer, ha.
I'm in awe of what it can do with frozen pads between the modulation and texture. Totally enamored with it.

Is this one of those that sells out the minute it drops typically? I've recently fallen in love with this thing and I wanna make sure I have a chance to snag one when they drop. Just wondering if I need to be waiting by the checkout button when it hits.

As with any Pladask drop you should be ready and waiting ready to make your transaction in 10 seconds if you really want something.

Unfortunately yes. The DRAUME and BAKFRAM likely has more demand than stock so be on time. The FAB will probably not sell out if that's some comfort

That would make a nice consolation prize...
I'm just gonna do my best to be punctual!
