Actually, most times I find the craziest stuff to use in a floop are pedals that aren't that crazy in themselves. Any old cheap/shitty distortion/modulation works very nicely.

I put my DE Soda Meiser in the loop and with the chaos mode on you can get some interesting things. I have zero modulation pedals so I need to get a delay/chorus/flange pedal of some sort!

People seem to like the Memory Boy, when it works at least. Has delay, and vibrato/chorus, and isn't too expensive.

Not bad for the price. For an extra $100 I think I would rather get the Memory Man. The Memory Boy does have a feedback control though which the Memory Man does not. Hhhmmmm, decisions, decisions!

Slides are fun.
The first pedal I ever bought was an EHX Triggered Y Filter.
The basement band I was in covered this song.

For the synth solo I just went nuts with slide through the filter and it sounded like R2-D2.

Yes! One of my personal favorites, for many reasons is the DOD fx75b flanger, analog, trimpots, cheap. (good for modulation sounds, you can also twiddle the trimpots inside and get it to self oscillate and go off on its own thing too). I have a CHK CHK BOOM too and my favorite pedal in there so far has been my marshall reflector reverb, set to reverse. I don't love the reverse reverb on it normally (it's ok) but when it swells in the CCM its way better.

i was thinking something similar like that a couple of days ago. i think it is up to the individual person, what they need & what they already have: i could use a Memory Man sure but i probably just need a Memory Toy or something along those lines. nothing that versatile. just something simple to get the job done.

Sweet! Never knew the Shoegazer could produce noise like that! On a side note; why is all the audio in that video on the left channel?! I thought my headphones were on the fritz!

Cool dogs. My animals give me weird looks also when I have the house to myself and bring on the noise! I should say they give me weird looks, look unenthused, or just plain pissed off.

Are you using any other pedal besides the Shoegazer? Any delay? The sustain and feedback in your video are unbelievable. Is that sustain normal with this pedal?

Yær, i'm with aen on this one. I never use my wah for funky ass wah-wah-chikka-wah. I'd never go without it though. It can make my noise scream.
