I think it's brilliant how these companies can coordinate all of those demos to drop on the same day. That has got to be a massive amount of cash to lay out up front. Some you have to pay for and some do it for the pedal but either way each one of those is a $400 pedal? That's a lot of scratch to put out ahead of a release. Goes to show how well their business is run.

well my holding out lasted approx 36 hours, until I saw that CBA sold out of their stock & won't have more until next year. I snagged one of the last ones that was currently up for 15% off at Reverb, a d it'll probably arrive while I'm in Cali this weekend so I can have a shiny new toy waiting for me when I get home

Yeah, it's cool how they are able to coordinate that. As a subscriber of many gear channels on youtube it's always a nice surprise to see so many good demos in yr feed at once. Definitely love what I'm hearing so far, but realistically I won't be able to get (or try) one for a while still. But it's made me hold off on getting a new verb any time soon. Between say... Dark World and The Atmosphere, it's a tough choice.

Holy crap I hate UPS. They lost my package yesterday, sad it was being delivered today and now can't find it again. THE WORST.

I haven’t played the atmosphere yet but I think that will be different than the dw.
I think these small boxes are giving the box boxes a run for their money. Not only in size, but they don’t have ridiculous power requirements either.

Agreed.. I don’t think I’m ready to part with my Space, but at this point it’s awfully tempting to “upgrade”. Who knew the market would be able to support this many Reverb options at a + $300 price point. Crazy!!

After spending a solid 2.5hrs with the dark world, I can safely say that I am very into it. It is a very cool and very intuitive pedal.

Did you order yours direct from CBA? Worra and I were just bitching about how ours are both slated for delivery Wednesday (both via CBA direct / UPS), so maybe yours is still just in transit and isn't showing up? Happens...

Yup, right from CB. Should have been here last Tuesday. They've started an investigation. I guarantee an employee at UPS saw who it was from and swiped it. It last was checked in at 9:15am last Monday at the Nashville hub.

Joel sent me out a replacement that arrived today. This thing is the bomb!! UPS still doesn't know what happened to the other one. Ha. Dopes.

Got acquainted with mine last night. This is a seriously deep pedal in terms of the range it can cover and the quality of each mode. And very intuitive to boot. Really great job on this.
