It's a lot more Death-y than their previous stuff, but they've kinda been on that trajectory anyway. And it doesn't feel like a total Schuldiner rip-off, just kinda Death-y. I dig it.

I'm also digging the new Morne.

Shutup DoS.

As a Scandinavian I resent the cultural appropriation of church burning by your little hipster bandcamp gang.

Also! Dave Suzuki and Ray McCaffrey were in Vital Remains and Grief, respectively, and those bands also destroy.

Excuse me but I liked it at the time, didn't post in the thread because I was busy, then forgot the name of the band for ten minutes.

I resent your accusatory tone!

Behemoth's I Loved You at Your Darkest is out today. First record I've bought in a long while.

AND they're from Providence, which means... uh... I dunno. That I've gotten to see them play live twice? Once opening for High On Fire a few years back, once opening for Conan earlier this year. They did indeed rip, though I dug their Conan set more than the HoF one... so I'll probably dig the new album...

I think the new Conan deserves a mention here, regardless...

What's it like?
Everything after Conquer All meh'd me out, and then they dropped The Satanist which is one of my all time favourite records, any band, any genre.
