The player is the same as in all our demos. He's in this band, their music is free https://fetnat.bandcamp.com/

There is no CV input on this one. There is manipulation of the controls throughout the demos, finding sweet spots, sometimes the effect is bypassed.

That was also a suspicion of mine. I jam Oh! And Fuck Allure! all the time, so great.

Was hoping for your take on reverb personally, as I'm not that into modulation, but I'm looking forward to hearing some full-fledged demos :)

I've been thinking of getting a Maude to use mostly for its random vibrato. This is everything I've been looking for. Warped Vinyl, I knew thee well.

What a waste of Belton bricks. This reverb sounds more like a broken cassette.

Oh, oui indeed. Ecstatic about the reveal! The vibrato circuit in the Maude is perfection. This will be mine.

You've either gone full TGP or that's the driest post you've ever made dude.

His stripper's crotch goatee and newly acquired Diamond Compressor gave it away.

It may very well have been the driest post I've ever made.

:yay:

But for real, this is perhaps the first modulation that I've heard that really does sound like a tape player fucking up. It used to annoy the living shit out of me when all I had to listen to were tapes, but now somehow it seems like such a pretty way to hear a guitar. Funny how you change.

On the other hand, duder wasn't jamming on old Sepultura so... :idk:

I'm going to buy one and throw a spring in the enclosure out of spite.

Yeah I feel you on that. I still have mixed feelings about the tape revival because so much of my memories about listening to them were that they sucked and CDs were way better. :thumb:

I think it's time to clear the air with you guys. True friends deserve better than this, dammit! It's a random analogue vibrato/chorus effect. Meet Maude's random modulation taken to other levels. More control on the modulation, control on the filter/gate to brown it out. The idea is to emulate old tape machines and cassette decks more than getting that usual cyclical vibrato/chorus.

Just for you, here are some samples recorded a few weeks ago. I'm going through settings, sometimes bypassing so you'll have to listen close.

I'm glad it's not a reverb.
Yeah, me too, but does it do random faux-Leslie sounds? :snax:

Also in case my awesome sense of humour isn't super awesome and some clarification is necessary: i love how this thing sounds and am very excited about this.
