Yeah, but copying graphics definitely warrants a C&D.
If they were pissed enough they could probably get his Reverb shop closed, but I doubt they could do anything with the eBay bullshit.

I wouldn't. Based on my experience with MDMA effects, there's no way of knowing how long build time will actually be or if the builder in question will deliver a product without external forces acting upon him. With a trade, you would have zero recourse if he decides to flake. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, PayPal was even worthless when he sent me a defective pedal. The Reverb resolution team threatened to nix his account multiple times before he finally agreed to a timeframe for and completed "repairs", aka a gutting and rebuild of the original pedal.
Apparently, someone selling a used MDMA Uglyface on Reverb actually received one from the company that looked and functioned like the production model they advertise, complete with MDMA swag. It would seem their product quality standards have drastically declined with time, or maybe the seller is an alt account for the builder.
