Definitely pre ordered! Also pre ordered the new empress reverb. Gonna midi those two together with the Nemesis and maybe a warped vinyl for a small midi board!

So what do I need to use the midi functionality? If I buy a little disaster area midi controller can I scroll through my 100 something presets? Or do I need more hardware than just the controller?

You need a chase Bliss modified empress Midi box to convert the MIDI to TRS

Yes. I'm banking so hard on loving this pedal. Just flipped stuff and picked up a Gravitas so I can delve into multiple-pedal-manipulation-midi land and maximum functionality. Seems like a game changer for what I'm trying to do.
