Until anybody finds news about more sales, this is the talk about your rad elder scrolls characters thread. My main skyrim character was an orc named Badr Vogu after the oakland crust band.

Dark Elfs for life. Morrowind they had bonuses to longblade and destruction so I could play a spellsword.

Or Khajit if I'm sneakin around.

Each iteration of TES kind of dumbed things down. Skyrim was fun, but had nowhere near the variety of previous games. The same fetch quest dungeon crawl with the same draugr enemies over and over. Oblivion's Dark Brotherhood questline was the best thing they ever did, in my opinion.

I've tried three or four times to play Skyrim but every time I start, I feel like I've wasted an hour and a half looking in baskets.

That's because the Who Dun It? quest is one of the best quests in any game of all time.

I'll get back to TES in a minute but here's a great sale on PGS

TC Alter Ego, Alter Ego X4, and Trinity all 45-55% off, I think today only

Can vouch from personal experience that the AEX4 is awesome

Alright, they're coming in, guys.

Hungry Robot

Hungry Robot is releasing a new EQ/Boost called the Midnight Sun. Knowing their ethic, I don't think it will be a typical clean boost. So anyway, the post below from Insta confirms that Hungry Robot will have a "big sale on black friday" and that this pedal, up for preorder, will be deeply discounted. Stay tuned.

Chase Bliss

Chase Bliss hint at some "super-secret mailing list deals" of a "crazy and unprecedented" nature. I'd sign up for their mailing list if you a fan. Unfortch the new Spectre, inevitably to become an ILF standard, will not be discounted, but fear not: it's already discounted for the pre-order run of 50 units.

Hello Music

Big box retailer Hello Music is having a sale already. Use code BLACKFRIDAY10 to get 10% off of anything, including Fender and Martin products. These guys specialize in bargain stuff but if you're not a snob, you might find something good.

Closeout pricing has come along on the Korg SDD-3000 pedal. $225 at Americal Musical Supply and Zzounds, $229 at Sweetwater, down from $399. I don't know if they're changing up the model or dropping it. There apparently are issues maintaining consistent levels switching between algorithms because they replicated the analog components for I/O rather than modeling, so not digitally controlled. If you need those U2/PNW sounds, demos do sound great. I dunno, if I were more flush I would probably spring for one. Patience may be rewarded though--Korg often does good rebates in the holiday shopping season, even on closeout gear.

EHX prices have dropped on I think all of their analog delays of "Memory" flavor. Might be a permanent drop rather than seasonal, since a new high-quality BBD supplier has come through.

It is a significant drop. Might finally snag a DMM.
