bit quest has a flanger that sounds great .. and moar mod :snax:
Yeah, the BQ is one of my favourite flangers, but I want something that goes slower. Like, glacially slow. Otherwise it's perfect!

Modfactor/H9, Mobius, Source Audio Orbital, HBE Frostbite, Flanger Hoax.
Cheaper than all of those is a Digitech RP360 - top mount, takes any expression or volume pedal you can throw at it, and has presets. It has 6 flanger models, MXR, ADA, a 3-knob mistress, a plain 5-knobber, Triggered, and Filter Flange, which is a new one. There is also the assignable LFO link to automate one parameter, plus expression control for another, which is pretty great for any pedal flanger, and all the extra effects to further enhance with. It works just as well as a poor man's H9 as it does an all-purpose end of chain multi-fx or a Pod.

That rp360 looks sick! But I forgot to mention 125B/1590B was also a size requirement haha. Subdecay, Alexander, boss bf-2, Mxr micro flanger... All side mounted jacks.

2015 is the year of the FLANGER, :idk: I thought 1984 was the year of the FLANGER. Or was that the year of the PHASER?

hahaha

but seriously top jacks or not i would buy the heck out of this
normally i wouldn't care about size but right now i can fit all of my pedals in my guitar case except my A/DA flanger so this must be a sign
hopefully they'd make it look a bit cooler since the original is so snazzy but oh well

Well, it's definitely gonna look more  than that mockup. :snax:

I'm not even sure the "flanger" and "ADA" are real. They look photoshop'd on there.

I'll talk to my people, they'll talk to their people. Get some wheels in motion. You know. :thumb:

Your people seem to do good work and work quickly too.

Is it typical for flangers to be more in-your-face with dirt pedals, and more subtle with amp distortion? That's the case with my flanger (Ibanez Paul Gilbert Airplane Signature). It's a sweet pedal, but I wish it sounded as good with my amp distortion as it does with my fuzz pedals.

I think the general rule of thumb is that effects usually sound more prominent when placed after dirt, Pete. Sometimes modulation pedals can get lost when running into any type of distortion. If you're running your fuzz before flanger, that would explain it.

Anyone tried the Zero Point yet? It intrigues me despite its apparent inflexibility.
