Hm, I'm not well versed in the ways of the expression pedal elders, but I would guess it will work fine?
Been interested in this thing for a while but this is the first good demo I've seen of it. I'd love to have one but would rather not pay almost €300 for a new one, so I guess I'll hold out for a while to see if someone flips one in Europe. Bummer I'd have to get a different expression pedal for it though; will have some Ep-2's left over when I put a Wombtone on my board in place of my MF103.
Also, I was aware of it's existence when I signed up, but chose the name oscillofuzz because I like oscillating fuzzes (and portmanteaus) in general. Have been using an Earthbound Audio Beast for some years now, and recently finished a Fat Fuzz Factory kit, which is going to be a lot of fun to use as well :animal: Oh, and I might do a Fuzz Gun build too in the near future thanks to your demo of it ;)

I think I prefer the Fuzz Gun to the Super Oscillo, at least based on those demos.

oscillofuzz: Dark Barn is selling one for cheapies in the BST. The Roland EV-5 is cheap as well, I bet you would be able to trade one of your EP-2's for one.

penelope: Yeah, I can see were you're coming from. They're pretty different. In my abstratct mind, the Fuzz Gun is barbed wire and brick walls while the Super Oscillo is a liquid/acid. Prefer the 88 myself, but hey, this is why I make the demos, so that people can decide for themselves.

In other news, Wolf Computer and Ugly Face demos should be up towards the end of next week. Also, the Blackout Effectors Fuzz Bear and Center Street Electronics God Hates Fuzz have caught my attention, and might get done eventually.

Please do. I've been waiting for someone who's not Andy to demo it. :)*

Haha. I actually think he did good. In showing how you can use a hint of oscillation in your blooz licks, that is.

I think I made the same comment, hah! But I'd like to see it fuck shit up too. :)

Andy's fingers would be pure scab if he played with ILF intensity.

Dark Barn already sold it when I saw his thread. Oh well, after shipping/customs/taxes it'd be almost the same price as a new one bought in Europe anyway... And I just realized I already spent upwards of €700 on fx this month

Looking forward to the Wolf Computer demo

Sorry... it's me!
I guess it won't work with my Source Audio Dual Expression Pedal.
If it's the case, I'll have to get an EV-5.

Can't wait for the Wolf Computer demo too.
I sold mine... Sometimes I regret it.

Yeah, I sold mine and sometimes regret it too. Thankfully, the guy I sold it to (and whom I've sold six or seven fuzzes to during the past year) is lending it back to me for my demo purposes. Fuzz bros unite and so forth.

This is a cool little duder. Perfect for those times you want to get your funk on, or just start an intergalactic war. The filter-thingy sets it apart, giving synth-like sweeps, auto wah or crazy phaser. Oscillations aren't easily controllable, so it works best when you set the freq to a note in proximity of the scale you're playing in. Oh, and look at that cool little meme guy Ian put on there. :joy:
