Oh nice! I like a good sale. I didn't realize they brought Thor over to mobile. I'm quite familiar with the instrument within Reason, so I might have to grab that one.

Just grabbed this, any good tutorials or anything you guys would suggest? Also is it easier to use the built in keyboard or a controller?

Propellerheads has some good, comprehensive tutorials that are up on Youtube, check it out. It's such a powerful synth so it's definitely got a learning curve, but if you understand basic synthesis it's fairly easy. It's ridiculously powerful, $5 is a steal.

I bought some iPad apps that will not even work on my iPad.

Heh.

Someday I'll get a new one. You know... In like a year when the iPad Air 3 comes out or some shit.

It does have Midi over mini jacks, it takes a convertor cable that I believe is included.

My gripe with the new electribes is there's no song mode. the last generation of electribes you could use as a 5 part midi sequencer plus drum machine and it was awesome.
