I had just received a call from our courier saying that a batch of our order was stopped by the customs. And I had checked all the orders in that batch and found out your order is included, i am so sorry as you had waited for it so long.

And i immediately contacted our supplier for another batch of this item yet our supplier told he is going to immigrate to UK and he stop making this item, thus a replacement would not be in reach for a very long time as we would need a pretty long time to search for another reliable supplier as we could only offer the best and assuring items to our dear customers.

Really not our intention to let you down and we would keep you posted once we found another reliable supplier and at this point, I wonder if you would kindly accept our sincere apology and a full refund, please ?

Yea, mine is marked as shipped as well. Which of the sellers did you get yours from (a couple had them in the el cheapo range that day)? HSL co.,ltd on the delay and Water & Wood on the chorus for me.

HSL here, same email received. Order cancelled.

Nothing yet here so maybe I got magically lucky, when did they cancel on you?
