The 0 makes me think it totally is flange, for through zero

Tape modulator.

That zero indicates phase. Notice the dotted line connecting it to the wobble; Bet you can set the phase and then modulate that phase with wobble.

Which means yeah you can probably get tape flange effects with it.

Awesome that it seems to be just a general "tape" type of deal. That leaves room for all the weirdness we've been pondering.
Hopefully demos reveal some of that.
I don't own a pedal that really covers any of this territory so this could be rad for me.

Just watched the Strymon demo, seems to be pretty TGP-ish. Lots of "transparent overdrive" and slapback happenings.
Am definitely going to wait for someone here to nab one and demo any out there sounds hiding in this thing.

Not sure if there's an in for an expression ped on top, but if that's what the blank spot was for, I reckon that's the key to unlocking this thing.

Going by all their other dual stomps id say that's the case, one in, two out and an exp. Sweeping from slapback into flange would be fucking wild. Also that would mean stereo modulated overdrive from one pedal which is unusual.

Depending on how they've done it, it could be really interesting.

It's the Strymon Soul Food! Not really my cup of tea, but I can see certain players going nuts about this.

Eh, it's kinda lame on guitar but I could see it being a go-to in the studio for breathing life into keyboards and synths.
