You need to goop your eyes, man. If they're gooped, you can't see and be mislead by them.

That's not quite how that works. If we look at it rationally, and follow the laws of science, we can arrive at some interesting conclusions.
Consider this. If you cant see something, it cant see you. So by gooping your optical perception, you essentially become invisible.
Invisible= transparent.
Transparency for the WHOLE BAND.
That's like having Klon drums.
Kicking Crystal Lattice in the face.

Obviously I gooped my brain before that post, so I wouldn't let that secret out.

Damn you and the goop you gooped in on!

I just play a buffer now. Really transparent tone. Been wondering about running it into another buffer, but afraid that will sound too experimental fo' ma bl00s toanz.

What Stevie Ray Vaughn does for his legendary guitar tone is this:
Play into one buffered pedal.
At the end of your signal chain, play through that same buffered pedal, but backwards.
(Input plugged into output, output plugged into input)
This ONE WEIRD TRICK perfectly sculpts your tone.

Try it, and rock out like a goddamned legend.
