Bumping this because I've been listening to a lot of Battles, Adebisi Shank, Giraffes? Giraffes! etc. lately. Lots of great suggestions here.
Other recommendations for that kinda "videogamey glitch meets King Crimson"-type bands?

I can't link shit at the moment but everyone needs to check out Sajjanu. One of if not the best math rock band in Tokyo right now. Stellar guitar work.
Also, Marmalade Butcher. Fuck.

They're pretty good live, too (Sajjanu). Very enjoyable concerts...
