One would assume, but I've never played a real triangle to compare. I ended up passing mine along because it couldn't stand up to my bubble font.

I've had a few Triangles... BYOC Large Beaver, Stomp Under Foot. Both pretty good. I think I liked the BYOC better. Anyway, it's just going to be a little gift for my broke-ass bass player, so I was just going to go somewhat el cheapo and grab the Mooer because the deal comes with a free tiny tuner which he needs as well. He doesn't give a shit what kind of fuzz comes out, but I'd at least like something that's going to maybe sound better than a regular NYC Muff.

Never tried a real Triangle either, but it's easily my favorite "type" of Big Muff sound if you believe any of those things (Ram's Head, Russian, etc.). Well, besides my V5, which is my super ultimate fuzz pedal... but that one is MY tone.
